Seminars and Training Opportunities

(L/D)max Aviation will conduct one-day seminars in the "hub" cities of major airlines in an effort to make new training and education opportunities available to all Flight Attendants both commercial and corporate. These one-day seminars may also include training in one or more of the following subject areas:

  • Passenger Management
  • Crew Training
  • Human Factors and/or Human Performance
  • Cabin Procedures
  • New Equipment

Upon completion, Flight Attendants will leave with a Certificate of Attendance. If a training session was held at this time, a Certificate of Completion will be awarded for that specific training course. Does this mean that the Safety Departments and Crew Training Departments are not invited? No. But, (L/D)max Aviation has designed this program (seminars and training sessions) as a way to continue to enhance the education and training for those individuals responsible for cabin safety in its entirety. In no way do we think the training we will offer should replace a line carrier's training program. Instead we look at this as an opportunity to recognize the hard work and due diligence Flight Attendants do on a daily basis, and provide them with even more skills, knowledge and training.

Please continue to check back as we are working to schedule these seminars and training opportunities.
